Relentless Diamond Speed. Armor-Grade Flatness. Perfect Guided-Angle Precision.
Take the frustration out of working with stubborn, ultra-hard modern knife steels. Standard synthetic water stones can slow down significantly, glaze over, or lose their flatness when forced to grind advanced alloy blades. The Professional Diamond Whetstone Bar bypasses these limitations completely. By utilizing advanced electroplated diamond technology, this bar bites into any metal matrix with minimal effort. Designed to fit standard guide-rod arms on systems like the Ruixin Pro and Edge Pro, it ensures that your sharpening angle remains completely uniform across the entire length of the blade, resulting in a screamingly sharp, professional-grade apex.
Key Performance Features
-
Dominates Modern Super-Steels: From high-carbon outdoor blades to specialized powder metallurgy steels, the industrial monocrystalline diamonds cleanly shear away metal molecules without loading up, dramatically cutting down your sharpening time.
-
Guaranteed Absolute Flatness: Traditional whetstones “dish out” or hollow in the middle over time, throwing off your precision sharpening angles. Because the diamond layer is bonded to a solid, unyielding backing plate, this bar remains perfectly flat forever.
-
Seamless Guided System Integration: No modifications required. The bar is dimensioned to slip directly into the stone holders of the Ruixin Pro and Edge Pro rod assemblies, giving your manual system a major boost in stock removal capability.
-
Clean & Convenient Operation: Say goodbye to messy water baths, muddy slurs, and soaking routines. This diamond bar operates brilliantly dry for quick touch-ups, or can be used with a few drops of water or light honing fluid to float away steel swarf.

Sharpener’s Pro Guide & Care Notes
To get a lifetime of aggressive cutting speed out of your professional diamond sharpening bar:
-
Light Pressure is King: Let the diamonds do the work. Pressing down hard on a diamond stone does not speed up the process—instead, it puts excessive stress on the bonding layer and can strip the diamonds off the backing plate. Use smooth, fluid, light-pressure passes.
-
Managing the Break-In Period: Brand new diamond bars feel exceptionally aggressive right out of the package and might leave deeper scratches than expected. This is completely normal. After sharpening 2 to 3 knives, the “proud” loose crystals will shed, and the stone will settle into its true, consistent grit performance.
-
Easy Maintenance: Keep the bar clean to prevent steel dust from rusting on the surface. After use, simply wipe the bar down with a damp cloth, or scrub it gently with warm water, dish soap, and a nylon toothbrush. Always dry the bar completely before storing it back in your workshop toolkit.
