1. Light Pressure is King: Let the diamonds do the work. Pressing down hard on a diamond stone does not speed up the process—instead, it puts excessive stress on the bonding layer and can strip the diamonds off the backing plate. Use smooth, fluid, light-pressure passes.

2. Managing the Break-In Period: Brand new diamond bars feel exceptionally aggressive right out of the package and might leave deeper scratches than expected. This is completely normal.
