1. Manage Grinding Friction: C-Tek shapes beautifully but can soften if exposed to excessive surface friction heat. Use sharp ceramic or silicon carbide belts on your sander, use moderate speeds, and apply light pressure to keep the composite surface cool.

2. Prioritize Workshop Safety: As with all composite and resin materials, grinding and sawing C-Tek generates very fine, irritating dust. Always wear a high-quality respirator mask (N95 or P100) and eye protection to maintain a safe shop environment.
