Yes. At MJR Knives, we make every effort to ensure the product you receive matches the images shown on our website as closely as possible. Our product photos are taken directly of the actual items we sell, so you can expect the same design, materials, and finish shown in the listing.
That said, please keep a few things in mind:
- Because many of our knives feature natural materials (such as wood, horn, or bone handles) or hand-finished elements, slight variations in grain, color, or pattern are normal and add to each piece's uniqueness — these are not considered defects.
- Screen settings and lighting can cause minor differences in how colors appear compared to the physical product.
- If an item ever arrives significantly different from what's pictured or described, please contact us right away — we stand behind our products and are happy to make it right.
Your sales receipt (order confirmation) is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is placed — please check the inbox associated with your order, including your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
You can also view and download your receipt anytime by:
- Logging into your account at mjrknives.com
- Going to My Account → Orders
- Selecting the order you'd like to view and clicking View or Download Invoice
If you checked out as a guest or can't locate your receipt, contact us with your order number or the email/name used at checkout, and we'll be happy to resend it to you.
How can I return an item?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here's how:
- Check eligibility — Items must be returned within [15] days of delivery, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags/accessories included.
- Contact us first — Email or use our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We'll provide you with return instructions and an address if approved.
- Ship the item back — Once approved, securely package the item and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Refund processing — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [2] business days.
In most cases, yes! Many of our "out of stock" items are restocked regularly, especially popular styles and best-sellers. However, since several of our knives — particularly limited-run, custom, or imported designs — are produced in small batches, some items may not be restocked once they sell out.
If you're interested in an out-of-stock item, you have a couple of options:
- Sign up for a restock notification (if enabled on the product page) — you'll get an automatic email as soon as it's back in stock.
- Contact us directly with the product name, and we can let you know if/when a restock is planned.
We recommend acting quickly once an item is back in stock, as limited-batch items tend to sell out again fast.
